How Long Does the Warranty Last?

All Dr.Light LED Facial Masks purchased through Dr.Light.London and authorized resellers come with a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty will be declared null and void for all Dr.Light LED Facial Masks purchased from non-authorized resellers (for example, eBay). Dr.Light.London warrants its LED against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 year from the date of the original retail purchase. The 2-year warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

 

How Do I Qualify for the 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty?

If you purchased the Dr.Light directly from Dr.Light.London, you have been automatically registered for our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

What Is Different Between Your Warranty and Your Extended Warranty?

Every Dr.Light LED Mask comes with a 2-year manufacturer limited warranty. Dr.Light care for Dr.Light extends your coverage from 2 years to 4 years from the original purchase date of your Dr.Light and adds technical fault and accidental damage coverage.
