Yes LASERCAPS LLLT technology are certified by the CE,FC and FDA approved and EU standards. Please note that only the USA require an FDA certification to sell OTC (Over the counter products). Batteries are only covered by the 12 Months warranty, as we are unable to control the misuse of batteries being over charged to regularly, without allowing the battery to completely drained down before recharging.

Please note by not allowing the battery to drain right down before recharging, this will age the battery much quicker and therefore we cant take responsibility for this battery.

All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received the item. If you are unhappy with your Laser cap we will be happy to refund your purchase, providing the item has been returned in the same, new condition it was sent to you.
