Indemnity

Errors on Website

Content and availability of products and services referred to on the Website are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Lasercaps reserves the right to revoke any stated offer/services and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time.

General

Lasercaps is based in London, with principle offices in China and the USA. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever: Liability, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, and Entire Agreement.

Jurisdiction

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Lasercaps, or in any way relating to your use of the Website, resides in the courts of the United Kingdom and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the United Kingdom in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Lasercaps or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and content providers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of the United Kingdom, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Returns Policy

All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days from date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your Laser cap we will be happy to refund your purchase, providing the item has been returned in the same, new condition it was sent to you. Please note batteries can not be returned, as these have to be seen as not used.

If for any reason we find that the item has been damaged or used (under Health and safety

guarantee) we would be unable to refund you under our terms and conditions policy.

International Orders – Customs/Duty Charges and Shipping Notice

Orders shipped internationally may require duties or additional fees to be paid in your country for importation. Please note these fees are assessed as part of the import process and are not charges from LASERCAPS.
When placing an order for delivery outside the UK, please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary DOES NOT include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
If the package is refused by the customer, LASERCAPS reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
By placing an order for delivery outside the UK, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at the time of delivery.
Please be advised that your purchase is charged in UK sterling pounds and your credit card company may charge you a small fee for converting currency.
International orders ship via UPS or FEDEX and do not have a delivery time frame due to customs. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duty taxes. Again, we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for international orders due to customs.

Entire Agreement

Save as expressly provided in a particular “legal notice” on the Website, these Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Lasercaps with respect to the use of the Website and Content.
